How did you get the red fabric so high and vertical while you're still and serious (dynamic vs static)? How did you technically get this shot?

ummm, i made a huge knot at one end (to give it some mass) and threw it as hard as i could in the air. and =Nighthaze took the photos with the camera set on burst. now that we know how to do it, it seems pretty easy to us
